Jaime has been a fitness enthusiast since the age of nine years old, when her mom brought home a Jane Fonda video. Throughout her teens and early adulthood, Jaime practiced various types of aerobics, weight training, swimming, yoga, and studied nutrition.

When introduced to Pilates, she recognized the numerous benefits of the work, and was hooked! She completed the respected BASI certification course, studying under Master Instructor, Rael Isacowitz. Certified to teach both the mat and apparatus repertoire, it is Jaime’s life-passion to share the benefits of the Pilates method with others.
